Health screenings
FIRST 5 partners with the Healthier Kids Foundation (HKF) to provide FREE vision, dental, and hearing screenings to children under age six throughout Santa Clara County. If your child needs additional services, HKF will follow up with you to connect you to additional care.
Vision Screenings
Using a high-tech camera, this program screens children for undetected vision issues and assists families with accessing follow-up vision services and treatment.
